On November 14, 2004, the air wing log gave an intercept near 30°50.8' N, 117°46.9' W, at sea south of San Diego. Cmdr. David Fravor described a smooth white Tic Tac over disturbed water. The Navy calls the videos unidentified and has not called them extraterrestrial.
