Terms of Use

These terms cover the public map at TEQLA. The operator of this map is TEQLA. There is no account.

Acceptance

Using TEQLA, including reading the map or posting a note, question, answer, or comment, means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the map.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TEQLA.

Acceptable use

You promise you have the right to post what you post. You will not post someone else’s copyrighted material, private information about another person, threats, spam, or anything illegal.

Your posts

You keep ownership of the notes, questions, answers, and comments you post. You grant TEQLA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that post on TEQLA.

Anonymity and public posts

Posts are anonymous and public. Anyone can read them. Do not post anything you want kept private.

Moderation and removal

TEQLA may remove anything. To report a note, question, answer, or comment, open it and use Report. That sends the report to TEQLA. Three reports from different networks hide the post. The browser that created a post can delete it. A hidden or deleted post leaves the map.

If a post uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice with Report on that post. Include the link to the post, what you own, and a way for TEQLA to reach you. TEQLA will review the notice and may remove the post.

Disclaimers

TEQLA is provided as is. TEQLA makes no warranties, including about the map, the posts, or that the service will keep running.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TEQLA is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other damages arising from the map or from posts, including posts other people leave.

Changes

TEQLA may update these terms by posting the new version on this page. If you keep using TEQLA after an update, you agree to the new terms.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
